Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, in original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Opened, assembled, or used brick sets cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, and inventory standards.
- Custom or personalized brick sets are non-returnable.

- Used or assembled toys
- Incomplete sets or missing parts
- Custom/personalized orders
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
How to Return

- with your order number and photos of the unopened item.
- After approval, return the item in its original packaging to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect brick set, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a free replacement, full refund, or store credit at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, or defect).
